Round Ornaments Workshop: Fused Glass class by Cecilia Boggio of Boggio Glass, LLC
Saturday, October 5, Dwell Local Zumbrota, 1-3 pm $50
Learn the basics of glass fusing as you are guided step-by-step through the process of creating two beautiful one-of-a-kind round ornaments to hang on your tree, in a window, or to use as a gift tag.
Workshop includes: All the glass components used to decorate the round base, instructions, and tools you will need to create two 3” ornaments.
Fusing of your ornaments will take place off-site. A metal ring will be placed at the top of your ornament or a hole drilled in the top for you. You will be contacted by email or text (your choice) when they are ready to be picked up, typically in 7-10 days.
You will learn the basics of working with frit (glass flakes) and nipping glass. You will also have, stringers (glass spaghetti-like strands), and glassline pens (liquid glass) to work with.
Supply fee: The first two ornaments are included in the cost of the class. Make as many more as you like for $5 each.
